We are often running training rides from central London Regents Park “early morning laps” or from around our base area in South East London. It will be a fast-paced ride with an emphasis on group riding skills, perfect for those who are training for racing and sportives.
The routes will vary week to week, but will generally feature a 70 km loop into Kent that will take 3 up to 5 hours to complete, averaging 28kph. The ride of course always pauses with a chat and coffee. You need to have a Strava account in order to get notified instantly by us with what’s coming up next including meeting points, meeting times, route modifications or cancellations. Experienced riders only, with helmets and clipless pedals. Please look out for one another and make sure you carry a spare tube and basic tools. The group will stop and wait for anyone who suffers from a mechanical issue.
