Returns and exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, simply send us an email or call us and we’ll let you know how to return the item and how to package it. Payment of postage for the return of the item is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items, which are not in saleable condition. Damaged items will either be repaired or refunded following evaluation by us. For the avoidance of doubt, damaged goods are classified as items that are received with damages other then the signs of wear/use mentioned by us on the product page or goods that have been altered, modified or dismantled.

We recommend that you acquire a 'proof of postage' receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return.

NB. The high cost of returning a bike makes it especially important to choose the correct size model – please contact us for help and advice.

Order cancellations under the Distance Selling Regulations/Consumer Contracts Regulations

For customers purchasing in the EU, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“DSR”) for orders placed before 13 June 2014 and under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (“CCR”) for those placed on or after 13 June 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within a certain time frame.

Palu will honour such cancellation provided it is made within fourteen days of receipt of your order.
